Requirements for Egg Donors

Aged 18-29

Requirements for Sperm Donors

This age range gives us the highest chance of retrieving healthy eggs.

Aged 18-29

This age range has the highest success rate for healthy, high-quality sperm.

Healthy

Everyone who enrolls on our egg donor program will go through a thorough health screening. This is to protect donors and ensure that only the healthiest, best-quality eggs are offered.

Over 180 cm tall

This is a preference requested by our clients.

Over 160 cm tall

This is a preference requested by clients which may be based on personal or genetic reasons.

Young and Healthy

To become a sperm donor you must have a healthy BMI, eat a well-balanced diet and exercise regularly. This means that the sperm collected is more likely to be healthy too.

Non-Smoker, No Drug Use

You must not be a smoker or take any recreational drugs to participate.

Smoke and Drug-Free

Smoking and taking recreational drugs can harm sperm. You must not take part in these habits and instead have a health-conscious lifestyle to participate in our donor programs.

No History of Genetic Disorders

We must only provide clients with eggs from donors who have no family history of genetic disorders.

University Degree

Many of our clients wish for the donor to have a college education.

Regular Periods

Having regular periods is essential to become an egg donation donor. This means the process of egg retrieval will run smoothly.

No History of Genetic Disorders

You must not have a history of genetic disorders in your family history. Wishful parents may be seeking the help of the agency to avoid passing disorders on themselves.

University Degree

Many of our clients seeking parenthood would like donors to have at least a bachelor degree.

As you may be required to fly to another country, you must have a valid passport.

Step by Step …

1. Submitting an application form to participate in the program

Please check our list of requirements before submitting an application form to participate in one of our programs. This can be found on our website. Your form will be checked by one of our team members.

Once we match your application form with one of our clients we will organize a simple, friendly interview with a prospective family. This allows the hopeful parents to see what you look like and discover your personality. No worries, it takes only 5-30 minutes and the whole interview is online.

After a successful meeting with both parties feeling happy, you will be invited to a medical examination. This will confirm whether you meet the health requirements for donating.

Following being medically cleared, we will then begin the process of obtaining your visa and arranging your travel. After your arrival, we will wait for your menstruation and begin the process of hormonal stimulation on the 2nd day of your periods.

5. Hormonal stimulation

Hormonal stimulation encourages your ovaries to produce multiple mature eggs instead of the usual one per menstrual cycle. Stimulation will begin on the second day of your cycle with the first injection. This will continue for between 10 and 14 days. Your health and comfort will be checked closely throughout, with any concerns you may have always being acted upon.

6. Egg retrieval

When your body is ready for egg retrieval, the collection process will start. This involves using an ultrasound-guided needle to collect the eggs from your ovaries. Our clinics use general anesthesia to reduce any pain during egg retrieval. You will then be monitored for the short recovery process, keeping your health and comfort as our priority, before discharging you back to your hotel.

7. Payment and recovery after egg retrieval

After completing the program, you will receive compensation for your time and effort. Our team will provide ongoing support throughout your recovery. Not everyone experiences side effects. However donors can sometimes develop symptoms from the drugs used, like nausea or bloating for a few days after egg retrieval. Rarely some donors can face Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome (OHSS). Any concerns or questions you may have will be addressed by our committed team, so you feel well cared for at all times.

8. Returning back home

When you are feeling ready to travel, we will arrange your flight home. You will return having played an amazing key role in someone achieving their greatest wish.
